I have a fairly new computer which runs fine normally.
I tried to associate my cannon scan program with outlook so that when I scan
something it outlook automatically turns it into a fax ready to send. I have
no idea if outlook does this or not but I thought I might try it anyway.
Couldn’t get it to work so I left it, thought nothing of it till the next
morning when i opened outlook and it seamed to reset itself as all my
contacts and appointments in calendar had disappeared. (i don’t use outlook
for my email)
I tried to load up all of three outlook saved files with no success.
Then i restored my system to the day previous, all my contacts and
appointments restored all is good except now for some reason excel seams to
take at least 60second to load up (when word opens in about 5), Acrobat
reader now doesn’t work saying that there is a memory corruption and also the
computer doesn’t recognize the scanner!
I need help please, spent a long time on this so far.
