System.mdw - Can I require a specific one for the database?

I made a new system.mdw with the correct permissions and I gave it a new
name. How can I make sure that the database is opened up only by people who
are pointing to the correct ".mdw" ?

If you've secured it properly, then they won't be able to open the database
at all unless they are using the correct mdw.

If they can, then you missed a step in securing it.
