System requirements for Outlook 98 or 2000

I can't seem to find on the Microsoft site the system
requirements for Outlook 98 or 2000. I have a client
that does not want to upgrade her business computer from
Windows 95 in fear of some special equipment not working.

I can't get her email account to work with Outlook 97
because it does not allow her to authenticate SMTP mail.
She can receive but not send mail.

Does anyone know if Outlook 98 or 2000 will work with
Windows 95?

Help would be much appreciated.
