system restore and now my key isn't working!!

HELP! I have the student version of MS office and before doing the system
recovery, I got the key from the program and now when I am trying to get back
to having the full version, it won't let me and saying my key is incorrect.
How do I fix this problem? I need help!!

Read the label carefully. Many of the letters/numbers look like something
else.
