If you meant Windows Administrative Tools, then it depends on how you set up
Windows.
It can be either Start / Programs / Adminstrative Tools or it could be in
the Control Panel. If your computer is on a network, sometimes the Network
Administrator can hide it also.
BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft
