Systran translator to work in office

I have downloaded Systran Office Translator on a number of occasions after
purchase. I cannot get it to work (or even appear) in office applications.

I have tried disabling every function that I could think of that may
interfere with installation to no avail. Both Systran and Digital River say
it should work.

I run Windows XP Professional with Office XP Professional(SP2). HELP
