Tab Control (Pages)

My form has a form header with 4 buttons. My detail section contains 6
pages. I inserted a new page and ever since my page tabs don't display when
I open the form or when I scroll up. They do display if I click Filter by
form. The form tab order is set for Detail: TabCtl0 and the tab order of the
first pages seems to be okay. Any idea on how I can fix this?
