tab feature needed for all microsoft applications and explorer should have pane window

i will appreciate if microsoft uses tab features for all their
softwares, from notepad, paint, windows explorer, worpad to word,
excel and power point. the tab feature should allow opening of
multiple files in a single window instead of current scanerio of
multiple windows for each file.

windows explorer should also support 2 pane windows for easy copying
of file/folders from one folder to other folder

You are certainly welcome to write an add-in that will add this ability to all of Microsoft's OS and Office applications. I am sure if there is a market, people will purchase it.
