In Outlook 2000 if I tabbed to the left pane I could type "S" and the
contents of Sent Items would appear in the right pane. With Outlook 2003 I
have to perform the extra step of hitting Enter. It sounds small, but I
perform this repetitive task 50 times a day, and I am wondering why this
functionality was changed? Is there an option I can set to revert to the
previous functionality? I couldn't find answers in documentation.
