Tab setting

Hello,

We have a document with a TOC generated using mark text. In level 2, there
is a left tab setting at the 2" mark which we cannot get rid of. When we
edit the style, that tab does not even show up - there are only two tab
settings of 1" and 6.5". We have tried deleting the tab using "update
automatically" -- the 2" tab went away until we regenerated the TOC, then it
came back again.

Where might this 2" tab setting be hiding, and how can we delete it?
