tab shortcut

Hi everyone,
I'm a prevalent user of <alt> <tab> to move from one program to another
throughout the day. Is there a keyboard shortcut to move to the previous
access tab? (ie form to query or query to query) Or do I need to keep using
the mouse?

Not urgent, but I figured my life could be a bit happier if it existed!

Thanks,
Claire

You can use the Alt W then the number to move around within Access. This is
like choosing the Window menu item, and then picking the window. At least it
keeps your hands on the keyboard... When you use Alt W, you will see the
list of windows - the numbers for each form, query, etc. and can decide what
number to enter.

Thanks Daryl- It looks like that will let me view a query in datasheet view
or design view, which will be helpful, but it's not bringing me from tab to
tab (I have Access 2007- probably should have mentioned that before). If I
have two forms open I'd like to type something to look at one and then the
other.

Thanks!
Claire

You can put a button on each tab to go to the next tab. If this is the last
control on the page, then when you enter the page, you can shift-tab to move
focus to the button, then press the space bar or enter to run the code that
takes you to the next form.

Maybe someone else has a better idea, or maybe there is something in Access
2007 (I am on A2003) that would be useful?
