Tab to next field

Hi,
I have a form for data entry. To speed up the process I would like to be
able to just press tab to jump to the next field (like you do in Excel). But
for some reason in the form when I press tab it jumps to another field but
not to the next field on the form. How do I set it so it will tab to the next
field. I have them in order of the way I want to enter them in the table and
on the form but it still doesn't work.

Open your form in design view. Click on View - Tab Order in the menu at the
top of the screen. You can set the tab order to the way you have the fields
arranged on the form.

Arno, I don't see the fault in these recent posts of Steve's. Sure, he
has offended in the past, but here he's posting helpful answers with no
more than a reasonable signature that identifies his commercial
interest. I don't think that's wrong. I'd rather see your efforts
directed at posts that are plainly solicitations.

The vast majority are vague "teasers" designed to hook the victim. I can't
