Table cell deleted midway into populating

N

N. Smith

In Word 2000, created a 3 field table for address labels,
began entering data in the Data Form window. After several
completed records, the third field box was greyed out and
contained the message: (Deleted table cell, Cannot edit)
Trying to print the records already entered resulted in
error message that table was corrupted. What caused this,
how can I recover from it, and prevent it in the future?

Some how, one of the columns from the table must have been deleted or the
table became corrupt.

Instead of using the Data Form window, you can just create a 3 column table
in a Word document and enter the field names in the first row and the data
for each record on a separate row. Or, enter the data into and Excel
spreadsheet that has the field names in the first row.
