Table column lables that show up on each page

There are two answers to your question:

1. If you want table headings that will print at the top of the table if it
is continued onto another page, then select the top row (or rows) of the
table and choose "Heading Rows Repeat" from the Table menu. You can include
as many rows as you like, but they must be contiguous and must be at the top
of the table. Note that since they are reproduced as an artifact (like
headers and footers), you cannot see them in Normal view, only in Print
Layout.

2. If you mean that you want a feature like Excel's Freeze Pane, this is not
available in Word. Even if you repeat your heading rows on subsequent pages
and view your document in Print Layout view, you will not always be able to
see the headings unless you are viewing the whole page; once you scroll down
far enough on the page, they will be out of view just like any other text at
the top of a page.
