Table context screen too big

How can I reduce the Length of my "Table Properties" window in design mode?
It is too large for my screen and it doesn't have a scroll bar.

It goes below my task bar even if I move it to the top of the screen.

Is there an option somewhere to correct this?

You can't. What you're seeing is a "dialog" panel called from Fpeditax.dll It is not resizable nor
editable by a user.

Thats too bad, but appreciate your answer. Maybe someone has a workaround
other than having to drag the task bar down.
