A table I want to copy as I see it on a document....

Has a row going across the top

"Inside" the table it has:

LEVEL BONUS
OVERRIDE
1........................15%
2........................45%
3rd and to Infinity........Up To 10%

How do I do the dots inbetween? Set the table up?

You want to use tabs instead of a table. Set a right-aligned tab and select
the period leader in Format | Tabs.
