table hidden

I created a switchboard that has auto start, however I hid the tables and the
queries to the switchboard. I cant get back to design view to make any
changes. The tool bar doesnt give me the option of "tools" or "view" how do I
unhide what I have hidden

Hold down the shift key while you open the database.

Press F11 with the database open
