Table linking.

Hi,
Can anyone help please?

I'm trying to link a cell of a Word table to a cell in an Excel spreadsheet
embedded in the same Word document, so that when the data is changed in the
table it automatically updates the data in the Excel spreadsheet.

The excell spreadsheet is embedded as an object in the word document, NOT as
a seperate Excel file.

Is this possible? If so, how?
