Table of Authorities

Hello folks,

I am trying to wrap my mind around Table of Authorities. The Word Help
and some online sources have been helpful, but I have not found an
answer to this question. Is it possible to create more than one short
citation, which gets picked up for the ToA, for a single long
citation? If it is possible, how do I get it done?
