Table of contents displaying nonexistent folders

Did the folders ever exist in your web? If so, open the web in FP (your live
web) and do a Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks.

Yes, the folders were there before but I moved the files into new folders.
I tried to recalculate the hyperlinks but got:

500 Internal Server Error
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the
server administrator, (e-mail address removed) and inform them of the time
the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the
error. More information about this error may be available in the server error
log.

I wrote to the sysad to see what they can do.
