Table of Contents in document changes when trying to email.

My TOC changes when updating fields or when trying to email using Outlook.
The document is only 110 pages; however is it memory intensive.

The ToC is a field, so printing or sending will update the fields before the
action executes.

If you don't want it to update, you can lock it using Ctrl+F11.
