Table of Contents web component problem

I am using a Table of Contents Web Component to create all the links.
Yet; The some links are pointing to paths that were changed days ago.
And some of the link titles were changed days ago and they are still
coming up.

The first link "A magical time"; I changed the title of the file and
it still is there and is linked to an old url path that I changed. The
workgroup property is set to "cities" but the link is going to
/stories.


I have tried Recalculate hyperlinks five times and the server times
out.
I called the server and they said the problem is with my Front Page
software.

What can I do to correct the links and their titles?

I copied the site to a local drive and the recalculate hyperlinks
worked. I am publishing to the server now --- I think this may have
fixed the problem.
