Table of Contents

The table of contents is updated, including fugured and
tables - all OK . Document saved and closed. When
document opened table contents set to 0, so has to be
updated, each time it is opened.

Is that what he meant? I would never have guessed. I thought he meant that
the ToC had disappeared and left just a '0' in its place!
