I want to add a table of contents to the left of each of my pages in a
report. However I only want the top levels to be displayed, i.e. heading
1,2,3 etc and also want to get the currnent heading to be displayed in bold.
So if i have a report that contains heading 1, 2, 3 etc on different pages I
want to read the page with heading 1 and it will be in bold on that page, and
when on the page with a different heading that will then be in bold.
Can this be done? if so how.
