Table Problem in MS Word 2010

Please see the attached word document. I copied the BLUE colored tables from another document and the problems that Im facing are:

1. When I press enter, the whole table should move one line down (as in case of the black table). Instead what happens is that the cursor moves next to the table (on the right hand side of the table).

2. All the blue tables are overlapping because of problem no 1 (above)

3. How can I create a new table with the same specifications of the Blue Table - Are there any table properties that I can look.

Can anyone help me with this please

Go to Table Properties >> Go to Table Tab >> Select Text Wrapping as None
