Table Reference Administrator

In Access 2003 theTables references administrator is blank, and doesn't show
the references to another databases o tables, what is happening?

Maybe I don't explain the necesary.

Access 2003
I need link a table to other Access data base, so done, I select the
database and the table, but once done, it doesn't appear, I mean Access 2003
doesn't show the links to another tables?

Do you know any solution?
