I have two tables in an Access DB 2003 one called doctors details with the
Doctors names and an auto ID number, and one calle date table which has a
row for ech day and 6 columns across which are tick boxes.
I have created a form of which the doctors details are the main part, and
added a sub form for the date table.
I need to be able to tick the columns in the date table against the day in
each row, for each doctor in the doctor details table, therefore creating a
rota for them. However at the moment when I tick one box it affects all the
doctors, I know I need to create a relationship between the two tables, but
how and on what fields?
Please can anyone help?
Thanks
Shane
I have a screen dump, but the serve tells me it is too large to post.
