Table setup/Normalizing table?

Hi,

I have a table (tblContact) to store ContactID, ContactName, Title, Address,
phone Number etc...

So far this table work fine except that recently, I start recording Ministry
names and in each ministry, there are several members such as minister,
state secretaries and others. Each of the member has been already recorded
in this table but I don't know how to link each individual to the ministry
they have worked.

Any commnet on this issue would be appreciated.

There is no one-size-fits all solution, but it sounds like you have a
scenario where people have memberships in committees, departments, and so
on.
