Table split and won't rejoin

Julie

I have a table that is split, with a large space -- maybe
two inches -- between one row and the next row where the
table has been split off. This is in the middle of a
page. There is no paragraph marker or other marker in
between the split sections, nor are there any graphic
objects. In fact, in normal view the table appears
joined, but when I go to print view it is split.

I need to get rid of the large space in between the two
table sections -- any ideas?

The most common cause of this problem is that several rows (or one or more
paragraphs in them) have been formatted as "Keep with next," but don't
overlook the possibility that the top row might be formatted as "Page break
before."
