Hi SuperShuffler,

What exactly do you want to delete? The split, the upper table, lower table or the lot?

Hey macropod,

I want to delete the actual split so the upper table and lower table will then connect back together. I never had this problem in the Windows version of word. Clicking in the split and then pressing the delete button was all it took, but thats not working now. Thanks for any help or advice you can offer.

Just select the paragraph mark that is between the two tables
and choose Edit > Cut (or type Cmd-X).
