Table Submenu's

If I open Word 2003 and go to File - Send to that open and all sub menus open
except when I click on the Table tab. Even ALT-A doesn't do anything.
Any help would be appreciated.

I did a detect and repair and now I can get to the submenu but the shortcut
key doesn't work.
