Table top and bottm border lines length issue in MS Word

Issue 1: MS Office 2003, table top border line is short while converting into
PDF.

Issue 2: MS Office 2007, table left bottom border line is extended a bit
while converting into PDF.

It is not a problem if we take just a printouts for reading or something
like that. But it is very essential for the printing companies.

Is there anyone encountered this kind of issue from MS Word 2003 and 2007?
