It looks fine in a window of 1024 by 768 and wider. At a smaller width
(actually about 1014 or so), the combined width of the design exceeds
the width of the window.
The picture widths in the top table are 231, 621 and 89 pixels. Plus
a padding of 4. It cannot fit into a window of 800 wide. A table
width setting of 100% means that the table will expand and shrink to
occupy 100% of the window. However, the lower limit is the hard
dimension of the design, i.e. non-shrinkable elements such as
pictures. They will hold the table cells open to their widths.
Note that there is resolution (or screen) width and browser window
width. The design has to fit into the window width, which is less
than the screen width because of scrollbar, etc.
