Tables blanked out

Entire database content disappears during manual update of one of the tables.
Cursor resides at lower right corner. How do I retrieve tables and queries
again?

I think that you'll need to provide a lot more information, like versions
and service pack levels of both Access and Windows. We need a description of
exactly what/how you are doing the update, and any possible error messages.
