Tables - Bottom line does not print

If you see it in Print Preview, then Word and your printer are not
communicating properly because Print Preview is generally a pretty reliable
guide as to what will actually print.

I also face same problem sometime but could not figure out the exact reason.
This happens when:

(1) There is a header and footer in the Word Document.
(2) The table continue to next page (i.e. page break occurs in table)
(3) Only the bottom line of table on first page is not printed. On rest of
pages it prints correctly.
(4) I have checked to make sure that table and footer line do not overlap
each other (by causing to make the bottom line of table occur slightly above
on page)
(5) Some cells (i.e. paragraph inside them) are formatted with 'Keep with
next' so they remain on same page as relevant rows following it. I have
tested by removing the 'Keep with next' condition but it does not solve the
problem.
(6) The bottom line do not fall outside printable area (because the footer
is printed even below it)
