tables in word

I'm having problems printing certain rows within a table
in word 2000. It refuses to print the text within a row.
This occurs to some of the rows where I have
selected 'keep lines together', 'keep with next' and 'page
break before' in the format paragraph menu. Hence the
first row of some pages are blank.

Note that I have also chose the first row of the table to
repeat itself on each page from the table properties menu.

Any ideas why this happens? Has anyone had the same
problem?
