I want a "long" table to be split over several pages. But It just
doesn't work!
As rows are added the table moves up to obscure the "header". ANd when
I try and split the table, I end up with two tables which means I
can't use the "sort" option.
I have "OfficeMAC VX - Inside OUT" - but it doesn't really help. I can
never find my problems described and the relevant solutions.
