tables not visible in linked table manager

i have a client who cannot view tables in the linked table manager on one of
his PCs.
also, severl cammand buttons do nothing.
same app works everywhere ales on the network.
ideas?

Re-register accwiz.dll (the one located in the same folder where Access 2003
is installed)

Start, Run
Regsvr32 "path\ACCWIZ.DLL"
