Ink tools work in one-note and Word, but not in Outlook. Word is set as
default email editor. There is no ink (or pen) icon available to put in the
toolbars. Latest updates have been installed. Thanks.

Hi Clax, I know this may seem like a dumb question but, is the message
format plain text or html?

You may have better luck getting a quicker response in the tabletpc NG.
