Tablets and signatures

Is there a way with Access 2003 to create a form where it allows a
place for a signature (with a pen) and then print that signature out
in a report?

We have an application that tracks business inspections and would like
to create an inspection, have the manager sign the inspection along
with the inspector and print the inspection report with the signatures
included.
