Tabs in Excel

I am wondering if there is a way that would allow me to
move down a row in one of my tabs, and when I went to any
of the other tabs, that same row would be displayed.
Almost like a synchronized movement within the tabs.

Hi,
Try this...
While holding the shift key, left click the tabs you want
to sync. Then what ever you do to one happens to the
others.

That is heading in the general direction, now, is there a
way to have the cells scroll in conjunction with the cell
I'm working with? Say I have 3 tabs, I'm on cell a5, when
I highlight the tabs as below and move to a40, I'd like
the concurrent cells to move along with it. Do you know
of a way.

Whilst the worksheets (what you call tabs) are grouped, EVERYTHING you do on
the worksheet you are viewing is done to them all. BEWARE - any edits will
change ALL grouped worksheets!
