how do i create a tabbed control with an ability to dynamically add or
delete tabs during run-time?

As in "what is unique about your business need that would require multiple,
unknown number of tabs?"

If I read (?too much) between the lines, I wonder if the underlying data you
are managing may also be somewhat unknown...?

I'm posing these questions in order to better understand what you are trying
to accomplish.

Something like that. I have an order entry form. I want to have the ability
to work on a few orders at the same time through creation of new tabs.
