Tag toolbar on sidenote

I dont know if anyone noticed this yet and a quick search didnt show
anyone asking for this - so just wanted to share - If you use tags
extensively and want your tag toolbar on a side note - just pressing
the "F11" twice will show the tag toolbar on the side note !
