Tahoma font missing

I have a user who started getting an error when opening
Word that says "The Tahoma font is not present. To restore
it, click on Detect and Restore on the Help menu". I've
tried doing this but still get the message. Word does open
after you click OK and you can select the Tahoma font from
the pull down. Any suggestions?
