take 2007 back to 2003

Bought new computer with Vista installed, and bought Office 2007. Do not like
it. Later found I owned a 3 computer version of Office 2003, and had 1
remaining license. How do I uninstall 2007 and install 2003?

Like it says on the box, uninstall 2007, reboot the PC, install 2003
