Take a Tour of InfoPath Broken?

Not a real critical problem, but curious why it does not work and wondering
if my install is not complete. When I click on "Take a Tour of InfoPath" I
get the first screen warning to have Macromedia, then click on Start Tour.
And nothing comes up. I don't have pop up blocking but curious why it does
not work. Where should this file be located?
