We have a few PMs who need to take published projects with
them and make plan changes while visiting customer sites.
When they come back they naturally save the project back
online.
We are seeing some of these projects becoming corrupted
and files balooning to more than 25 meg. The PMs swear
they are following the instructions per Microsoft Project
2002 Training Courseware.
Are there any issues because the team members are updating
their tasks while the plan is offline? Any chances that
after the PM saves the project back online that pending
updates from the team members are causing something to get
out of sync?
