Taking screen shots - Office Picture Manager

Is there a shorter way to insert screenshots into pic manager?
right now i do this..

hit the "print screen" button
open picture manager
right click paste

can a key be assigned that just does this for me by hitting a button?? sure
would help

There are certain tools for this, for example, HyperSnap by Hyperionics
(http://www.hyperionics.com)

Picture Manager does not have a built-in feature for this.
