I routinely have Front Page (2002) fail to offer a target
frame in the web I am designing (several different ones).
It will work for a while and then just stop.
Basically, I have two frames, and want some of the pages
to open in the main window (right) and others in the left
(new border or menu) and some even to spawn new windows
compeltely. I can do it in code, just want to know why FP
does this.
