Task Alignment in Project Web Access

Easy Question-

Why in Web Access are the subtasks not indented as they are in Project
Professional [predecessors are defined]?

For example if I have a project in Professional:
Phase 1
Task A
Subtask 1
Subtask 2
Task B

On Web Access the tasks appear like this:

Phase 1
Task A
Subtask 1
Subtask 2
Task B

Thank you for your help!

Out of curiosity, try the following:

1. Log into PWA
2. Navigate to the Project Center page
3. Click the hyperlink for any project to display a detailed Project view
4. Click the View Options tab

Is the "Show summary tasks" option selected? If not, then select it. Let
us know if this solves the problem.

Interestingly enough, I had the same problem once, and thought I was losing
my mind! That's why I was able to answer the question so quickly. Misery
loves company! :)
